I am so shocked, they keep telling me they are trying to call me but are facing connectivity issues, they randomly leave the chat and stop responding despite claiming to call me 'right now', they are buying time to not give me my deserved refund. They keep telling me they are trying to call me, but theyre doing it on purpose to avoid giving me my deserved return. The suits were horrible and covered in marks and lose threads, please dont buy from here guys!
I’ve just come across another customer’s experience on Trustpilot, where Laam only offered a 10–15% refund for defective items — including issues like mismatched buttons, stains, loose threads, and even glue leakage. This confirms what I’m personally dealing with: a pattern of Laam minimizing serious quality issues and offering insultingly low compensation instead of standing behind their products.
It’s completely unacceptable for a brand that sells to international customers — many of whom are ordering for important occasions — to refuse proper refunds or returns, even when items arrive damaged, poorly stitched, or nothing like the photos online.
The quality control is lacking, the sizing is misleading, and the customer service feels scripted and dismissive. It’s deeply upsetting to spend hundreds of pounds and be told that this is somehow acceptable — especially when the brand’s public messaging claims they support returns and care about their customers.
This isn’t a one-off issue — it’s clearly a consistent and careless practice.
