I am so shocked - Leading me on to avoid giving me a deserved return

I am so shocked, they keep telling me they are trying to call me but are facing connectivity issues, they randomly leave the chat and stop responding despite claiming to call me 'right now', they are buying time to not give me my deserved refund. They keep telling me they are trying to call me, but theyre doing it on purpose to avoid giving me my deserved return. The suits were horrible and covered in marks and lose threads, please dont buy from here guys!

I’ve just come across another customer’s experience on Trustpilot, where Laam only offered a 10–15% refund for defective items — including issues like mismatched buttons, stains, loose threads, and even glue leakage. This confirms what I’m personally dealing with: a pattern of Laam minimizing serious quality issues and offering insultingly low compensation instead of standing behind their products.

It’s completely unacceptable for a brand that sells to international customers — many of whom are ordering for important occasions — to refuse proper refunds or returns, even when items arrive damaged, poorly stitched, or nothing like the photos online.

The quality control is lacking, the sizing is misleading, and the customer service feels scripted and dismissive. It’s deeply upsetting to spend hundreds of pounds and be told that this is somehow acceptable — especially when the brand’s public messaging claims they support returns and care about their customers.

This isn’t a one-off issue — it’s clearly a consistent and careless practice.

All they do is send a follow up messaging claiming to investigate lol

The quality of the suits were…

The quality of the suits were shockingly bad. A size medium is actually a size Small, the material was unbelievable, and there were colour marks on the suits. Do not order from here! Faulty items and innacurate presentation of suits online but they wont give me a refund! They keep going around the bush and dismissing the other issues, they just keep telling me to send “measuring tape” images, what about the loose threads? What about the colour marks? Ive sent them so many images but they just keep mentioning measuring tape because they are using a narrowing down tactic to avoid giving me a deserved return. Shocking. I will be leaving reviews everywhere and making a Tiktok video to share my experience with my high number audience.

I dont even remember subscribing but…

I dont even remember subscribing but 3.99 has been going each week WEEK to pay for it, the worst part is it has not even been cleaning up any storage or doing anything at all, spy app. Devastating. In my bank account it was labelled as “Applebill” so I assumed it was just my bill for extra photo storage. I can not believe this.

Scammers

Scammers! They sent me an upgrade from economy to First class, for my first 7 hour flight, once I paid, all of a sudden the the confirmation is saying the upgrade is for my next connecting short flight from Doha to Medina only 2 hour flight, so disappointed and upset, they did not even refund me.
