Complicated service
Complicated service. Why are EU call rate charges not clearly listed, are they 19p/23p or 1.25 per minute?
Busy customer helpline, c'mon... Unclear and confusing guides. Please improve.
By the way, your Vodafone call center India center is confused also.
Thank you for your response, other feedback, that I hope is useful, is that both your call center and billing departments were not aware that to be able to make overseas calls a payment threshold requires to be set. I was eventually informed of this after visiting a retail center @Liverpool Street London. About 90 minutes of my time and your time was allotted to navigating complicating procedure that 2 out of 3 of your own team members did not understand.
So disappointing, the Vodafone response is computer generated. Very poor service.
