Complicated service

Complicated service. Why are EU call rate charges not clearly listed, are they 19p/23p or 1.25 per minute?

Busy customer helpline, c'mon... Unclear and confusing guides. Please improve.

By the way, your Vodafone call center India center is confused also.

Thank you for your response, other feedback, that I hope is useful, is that both your call center and billing departments were not aware that to be able to make overseas calls a payment threshold requires to be set. I was eventually informed of this after visiting a retail center @Liverpool Street London. About 90 minutes of my time and your time was allotted to navigating complicating procedure that 2 out of 3 of your own team members did not understand.

So disappointing, the Vodafone response is computer generated. Very poor service.

Poor service

Poor customer service. The response received from Allianz is from its UK division. Our poor customer experience is France.

Repeat issues with direct debit malfunctions, (which by the way, according to our French Bank is due to poor accounts management), resulted in threats being made.

I have transferred the policy to others.

It is no surprise that Volkswagen is in litigation, all around the world.

This is a company with a low regard to customer service.

VW has damaged the ‘made in Germany’ thing beyond repair. Cheated in Germany is what I am hearing online!

Tesco Club Rewards is a marketing back…

Tesco Club Card is a marketing back fire. Most products offered, are same or cheaper at other supermarkets, It causes unnecessary delay at checkout & frequently the card does not work, causing unnecessary stress to Tesco staff & customers alike. It is also clear that many older customers, less IT savvy are targeted by this disingenuous programme.
