AWFUL - zero customer service, zero support, zero care
Awful! I was previously signed up to Stitch Fix, who were excellent, but I opted out of this when they sent the email as I was due to be out the country.
The opt out appears not to have worked. I was away for work for two months and came back to a box that my mother had accepted while house sitting. I then received an invoice, so sent them to emails asking about returning the items but received no response, only a message saying they were unusually busy - no surprise if their opt out didn't actually work!
I took them back to the post office and shipped them back. I've since received a threat to take the matter to a debt collection agency, This had a phone number listed, so I called and stayed on hold for a long time until they just cut me off! How are you supposed to communicate with these people? In court I suppose.
I was happy to consider using them now I'm back, because their clothes were actually okay they just didn't fit me, but now their total lack of response and threat of escalation has changed my mind. Such a shame, because this would never have happened with Stitch Fix.
