Well today is October 13th and I have…

Well today is October 13th and I have been emailing these people almost every day since the 27th of September without a real response back emailing them saying that I needed to update my telephone number so that I can access my account they send me information on how to withdraw that ain't nothing what I asked so obviously customer support just sucks and now I can't even get into my account and I've got money in my account little over $200 in my account

Fist I just wish I could post screen…

Fist I just wish I could post screen shots here to show I'm being honest.so I had problems with games where I was to make a deposit of $10 to receive $15 that was the 2nd task on the game that game was skilkz Domino's gold and another game threw skillz 21 blitz. So on both games the tasks are exactly same
1. Start playing the game get $0.01.. 2. Make deposit of any amount play 1 cash game and get $15 .. 3. Play 10 cash games get $1 . 4. Win 5 cash games get $1.50 . 5. Log in 7 days in row and win 7 cash games each day and get $25 . Well on both games they both lost track of progress for 2nd task then picked back up tracking on task 3 . So I contacted customer support and they say they will get back with you with in 48 hrs they do that much but then they drag it out a week each time they respond back just so that they do not have to pay out on tasks in full . I reported the issue the day I didn't get rewards for the deposits and that was the day the game was downloaded and you get 30 days to finish all tasks well I got 10 days left to finish both games and they have yet to resolve this issue . They use to not be like this when I first started playing. This is bull crap
