The guys delivering were awesome and couldn't do enough to help. Communication beforehand wasn't the greatest I had to chase delivery time a few times but wasn't a huge problem as I was close by. Once they arrived I couldn't fault them.

The installer stood on my son’s bed and broke a slat and smashed a coffee cup. The charger works ok but there seemed a slight lack of care inside the house
The installer was aware of both incidents

I ordered them for Mother’s Day as the expected delivery was before 10th but they didn’t arrive until 11th which was too late
