Brilliant service

Very impressed! I ordered an Osprey Farpoint 75 from Trekkit as it was cheaper than anywhere else, and it arrived really quickly.

Not long after, I accidentally jammed one of the buckles and had to send it back for repair (whether that’s down to user error or a design flaw is up for debate).

Trekkit were brilliant – kept me in the loop the whole time and were always friendly and quick to respond. Got the backpack back in perfect condition, well before my trip. Would happily order from them again.

Genuinely impressed – glad I made the switch!

Excellent experience! I’ll be honest - I only moved to First Direct for the £175 switch offer. But I’m pleased I did. The process was straightforward, the app works well (albeit totally no frills), and customer service has been excellent… quick to respond and easy to deal with. The £175 arrived as promised, and based on my experience so far, I’m happy to stick with them for years to come.

Loved the service, until I learned their latest Food Hygiene Rating

I’ve absolutely loved ordering from Planty! I mainly keep a stash of meals in the freezer for days when I have no energy to cook, and it’s saved me from ordering expensive and unhealthy takeaways… a real game changer!

However, upon checking today, I was really shocked and disappointed to learn that their Food Hygiene Rating from the FSA has been downgraded from 5 (very good) to 2 (improvement necessary)! That’s a major concern and it’s made me hesitant about placing my next order.

I suppose it’s like going to any restaurant - you don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but such a big drop in the space of a few months seems drastic. Would love to have a response to this review to help put my mind at ease 🙏

It’s been a game-changer for me

I’ve been using Planthood for a few weeks now, and I have to say it’s been an absolute game-changer for me. The meals are delicious, and they’re so quick and easy to prepare…. ideal for someone like me who’s not exactly great in the kitchen! What really makes them stand out are the chef-made sauces, they’re on another level. Every meal feels like something you’d get in a proper restaurant.

Another big plus is that there’s no wastage… everything gets used up, which feels very satisfying. On a personal note, it’s done wonders for my mental health. Cooking these meals at home has given me something positive to focus on and has really helped me stay in the moment.

Their customer service is fantastic… honestly, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been incredibly friendly and responsive.

That said, there are a couple of downsides. While they’re clearly very eco-conscious, there’s still more plastic packaging than I’d like. For example, rice noodles and herbs like coriander could easily come in paper instead. Also, it’s not possible to order portions for one, which is a bit of a shame. That said, I’ve found it easy enough to split the meals over two days, so it’s not a huge issue. I get why, though… a tin of chickpeas or beans for example is usually a portion for two people, and using half would just end up going to waste.

If you’ve got the money, I’d 100% recommend Planthood. It’s been such a positive addition to my routine, and the quality of the meals really speaks for itself.

Excellent customer service! That’s what makes them stand out. Whenever you need something, someone polite is available to help.
I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as sometimes free bets are not automatically credited, which is a shame, but as mentioned above, luckily they have great support who can assist you with this.

Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience! The platform is very easy to use and the customer service is second to none. Regularly chat with Bob, Alex and James on the live chat, and they’re always patient, helpful and explain things clearly. The videos and blogs from OddsMonkey are very helpful too, but I’ve learned a lot from the support team.
The offers pages saves so much time hunting down those offers across all the different bookies.
2 months in and I’ve already made £1,238 as of today! I started using OddsMonkey after a friend recommended them, and I definitely recommend them too.

UPDATE: 7 months since my last update, I’m happy to say I’m on a total of £6,500 profit!
