They have my old ID and address on file, and I am trying to verify with my new ID and address, but dear God, dealing with their customer service is a slow and annoying nightmare. There are plenty of other legit sweeps casinos to play on, so I'm not even going to bother with this one.

The site errors out and doesn't credit you, and customer service acts completely clueless about addressing any issues on the site. The "representative" I communicated with just told me to be patient when I kept telling him that the website had an error when loading and didn't credit my funds, and he genuinely seemed like he didn't care. How in the world is someone supposed to trust their money on this site? There are PLENTY of legit and great sweeps casinos out there, so save your money and find another site.

I reviewed your chat interaction with our support agent and see that your first message said you had verified your email and you hadn't received your free sign up bonus. Our agent explained how to complete the verification process so that you could receive your bonus. Your second message was then immediately hostile despite our agent providing the correct response based on your initial question.
I see you have verified your account successfully, the bonus is not automatically credited to your account. You are given a clickable wheel on the home page which you get to spin at a chance of receiving between 2 and 5 Cluck Bucks as stated in the terms of the sign up offer.
Unfortunately after your third message you immediately requested for your account to be deactivated and all data removed from the platform before our support agent could explain this to you - which we have done.
Your review makes out that you were back and forth with our representative which is unfortunately not the case. In the interest of clarity - there were 3 messages in this interaction and you had not purchased anything from our site, it is the speed of delivery of the free welcome bonus that you are taking issue with (where you're required to verify, in order to receive this - this is done to stop multiple signups per user to repeatedly claim)

I opened an account from an email I received from them, not realizing the only withdraw method is Crypto currency. I don't use or mess with Crypto currency. I immediately asked them to close my account, but they blatantly refused to do so. Instead, they kept trying to get me to open a Crypto account that I didn't want. I tried REPEATEDLY telling them to just close the account, and the representative became sarcastic and absolutely refused to do so. So now there is an account in my name that I don't even use and customer service won't close it. Stay away from this scam site.
