Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, they wrote the wrong value amount, which caused me to pay almost 70 Euro for the custom when my package was under 150 euro, but they wrote it was 560 euro. When I wrote to them, they didn't even apologize and said that they have no control over it.. well, they do because it is their mistake. Plus the package took much longer than they promised to be delivered. I hardly recommend to boycott this company. You can get better quality products online with much better and caring customers service. I'm disgusted. How careless they are...
