I am very disappointed in this decision still struggle to hear certain…

I still struggle to hear certain words,it’s just not loud enough and I need to increase it further. Some people are still frustrated that I can’t hear all them fully. I am very disappointed as I thought it would solve my problems.

I am very sorry that you are disappointed with the volume your phone achieves.

We do have some phones with an even louder volume, and phones which work with hearing aids, if you use them.
