Zero Customer Service
I have used outfittery for almost a year now. I have had a few successful boxes - the prices are a little high and the billing is a little confusing, but I do like the idea of personal shopping. However the last box has been a complete disaster.
I received my notice my box is ready on January 10th, normally it will be shipped the next day or so. This box was not shipped until January 31st. I have no idea why - if there were articles missing and they were waiting for supply. Because when I received my box on Feb. 5th - the pair of shoes were missing from the box. Honestly, the box was too small to even include a box of shoes with all the other articles. I noticed right away, took photos and tried to reach out to outfittery to notify them by online form, email and calls. Zero attempts of contact have been made since Feb 5th. I returned the box on Feb 8th with a note inside, basically untouched, because I did not want to be charged for the missing items (even though there were articles I was interested in). Sure enough, I am now being charged for the missing shoes. I finally started getting calls from outfittery (2x), the first time the call came up as Suspected Spam on my phone so I ignored it, the second time today was just general missed call. I have since tried to call back both their listed number on their website and the Suspected Spam number. I have written an email to their CEO along with both swiss and german service emails. I am at a loss. This is such a poorly run business. I should be able to contact someone. And there should be an easy way to confirm if the shoes were included in my box or not (photo of packed box before shipment?)
