Robust Well Thought Out Backup Software

I am a Software Engineer and its very hard to impress me with software. However, I am impressed with this software. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and it does it very well. One minor complaint is that the user interface has room for improvement. That being said, it's not too bad and it does get the job done. In short, this is very robust well designed backup software.
