Next Level Delivery Service

I work with couriers on a daily basis with my business - Generally we have a good experience overall but with issues at times
However Rhenus seem to have it all correct - from comms , notifications, booking to the delivery - Very clear process and very efficient -Delivery guys were very courteous and professional and on time - really good service
Think its important to shout about companies like this who offer great service - Well done guys

I can't recommend these guys enough! Their service is outstanding and incredibly efficient. Despite a minor hiccup with an emergency surge box being installed in the wrong place due to some miscommunication on both ends, the team at weEV Charge went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They provided a solution and had everything fixed within a few days. Special thanks to Elliott and the team for their exceptional customer service. Five stars all the way!

do not use this company / app
I booked a bus through the app and paid - this bus that was on the app didn't even appear on the timetable at the bus depot
I was late for an important meeting due to this issue as had to pay again for another later bus- On chasing this joke of a company for a refund back in early may I'm yet to receive my money back

Raffi's boxed - No thanks

We used to buy Raffi's in York whereby your choice is bagged fresh - it was a regular purchase for us and the meals were very tasty...fast forward a year or so and we have moved not far from York and therefore have to buy from a local.shop and initially the curries came in the bags as normal however they have recently moved to boxing the bags with a msssive price increase.. gave a box pack a go at the weekend and sad to say its no where near the quality and the fact they have increased the price is really disappointing..
