This is a scam company. It’s important to note that they are NOT based in Europe as their website states but are in fact in China. The products on their website are falsely described. When you receive their nasty cheaply made items and need to return them, only then will they reveal they are in China therefore returning items will cost a lot and you will lose that money too as they have no intention of giving a refund.

Chinas official, state-owned national postal service is called China Post and they had this to say about returned goods to Noir and Pearl:

The seller is playing a cheating game. He doesn't make customs clearance, therefore the parcel can't be delivered. Then he can tell buyer that he hasn't received the return and refuse to refund the money.

Fantastic customer service from Soundgas Auctions. Soundgas is run by an excellent team of people who treat their customers as individuals and not the usual hands-off attitude that most auction companies deploy.

I paid extra to have the MDF V Groove board painted with primer but when I received it the V grooves were not primed, only the flat panels between the grooves. I really resent paying for that as it was only part painted and therefore not sold as described. Secondly, one of the corners of the board was crushed yet the substantial packaging showed no sings of impact so may well have happened in the workshop before it was packaged for shipping. One last area of dissapointment, the V grooves are very rough and need prolonged sanding to try to smooth them. This was the same on a previous panel I bought from this company. I am not impressed!
