As many reviews have said

As many reviews have said, everything worked fine at first but since boxing day it has been impossible to withdraw with a high network load error. Same for the people I know who used it.

Seeing reviews from new users saying they just joined and withdraws are working for them seems to be a clear indication that it is a scam.

I have e-mailed support about this several times with no response.

Will be happy to amend my review if withdraws become possible again but looks extremely unlikely.

I did one of your offers for points bet…

I did one of your offers for points bet to deposit and bet $50 and was supposed to receive $192 back. I completed the offer exactly as said and did not receive my reward. I opened a support ticket and it says my status was rejected. No reason why... You basically stole my money with a false offer as I see it.

Edit after reading freecash reply:
Yes I have already talked to the support chat and they told me the same thing wich I do not accept. None of those reasons you listed apply to my case and I love how you always say "along with many other reasons" like what? Reasons that arent displayed anywhere?...

I complete the order to the specifications listed and get declined without any reason given sure feels like a complete scam/theft of my money to me. Not sure how else anyone can look at this situation.

No one I can talk to try and appeal or get a real reason why. I even contacted points bet directly and they said they have no marketting affiliation with freecash, then the support tells me you work with the advertisers and not the websites themselvea but you cant tell me who the advertisers are so there is no one I can talk to about this who can actually do anything or provide any answers...

Take my money with a promise of a return, dont give me my return but keep my money, reject my support request and provide no reason why or no one to reach out to for the possibility of at least a refund.

That is extremely scammy. Definition of a scam is being promised something in exchange for money and not getting the thing promises after losing your money.

Hi Adam,

We're sorry to hear that your offer got rejected. There are many requirements that have to be met, which if you fail to do so, can lead to rejection even if you did complete the offer itself. While the exact reason isn't shared with us or you for privacy and security reasons, some common examples are:

The offer was not completed on time
The offer was previously completed by you or someone in your household
You are not a new user on the app
The offer was completed on a VPN.
Along with many other reasons.

Like I said, these are just examples and might or might not relate to your case here, but this goes on to show that offers can still get rejected even if you complete the tasks itself. That does not mean that the offerwall/advertiser is scamming you here.

We hope you understand.
Thank you,
Freecash Team
