Poor products and CS.
I ordered a box, PS, wait and they keep reducing the price via email. Not welcome after i bought it at a higher price then keep getting 50% off emails.
I contacted them as the quality of the necklaces was very bad, a tiny blob of glue held one together and with the weight of the pendant it would break on first use. I also asked how to cancel the subscription as i couldn't find it. I have emailed again since and over 3 weeks heard nothing back.
There are some great boxes out there but £40 for some cheaply made jewelery, a keyring, a figure that is poorly made and feels cheap and a market style cheap oil. The crystal was nice but at £40 I'll get my own and more and cut out the tat.
They bombarded me with emails to do reviews so after weeks I've given up and done one. I noticed in other reviews the jewelery is commented on that it's very cheap looking and break easily. A blob of glue isn't what i expect to see outside a preschool project necklace and with were the same.
They try and make it look like a quality treat, it feels like a set of bulk buy wish products, putting them in little logo bags which probably cost more than the bracelet.
The fact they never bothered to reply is why I can't give a review saying how they fixed the issues with the necklaces. I was hoping to be able to give a better review stating its overpriced but not too bad.
They did receive the email as i got a reply back saying they were very busy but would reply within 2-3 days so they can't deny that.
