Good one on one interaction, but poor logistics on their web site
I saw quite a few negative reviews (about 15% 1 star rating) when I first checked them out, but balancing those out were some really nice
feedback as well. So, I decided to see for myself. I worked with a gentleman named Abhishek, burning the midnight oil in Delhi, to align his time with our time in the US. He was a pleasure to work with and found a great price for two round trip tickets to India on business class. He also kept me in the loop during the whole process and made the whole experience palatable for me. While on a personal level, I can't complain about the service, on the logistical side, I would suggest that they modify their website and assign a customer number to track your process. Lacking that, I had to wait until the tickets were actually purchased (to get my ticket numbers and confirmation) to monitor the status. They should also link up the customer number with their payment system, so that the customer can manually enter their info into this secure site, rather than verbally giving out such info on the phone, which can potentially lead to a compromised process. This was the only thing that held me up from giving them 5 stars for the ticket purchasing experience. Once I complete my trip, I'll probably have more feedback, especially if I encounter any troubles along the way. Cheers.
