Good one on one interaction, but poor logistics on their web site

I saw quite a few negative reviews (about 15% 1 star rating) when I first checked them out, but balancing those out were some really nice
feedback as well. So, I decided to see for myself. I worked with a gentleman named Abhishek, burning the midnight oil in Delhi, to align his time with our time in the US. He was a pleasure to work with and found a great price for two round trip tickets to India on business class. He also kept me in the loop during the whole process and made the whole experience palatable for me. While on a personal level, I can't complain about the service, on the logistical side, I would suggest that they modify their website and assign a customer number to track your process. Lacking that, I had to wait until the tickets were actually purchased (to get my ticket numbers and confirmation) to monitor the status. They should also link up the customer number with their payment system, so that the customer can manually enter their info into this secure site, rather than verbally giving out such info on the phone, which can potentially lead to a compromised process. This was the only thing that held me up from giving them 5 stars for the ticket purchasing experience. Once I complete my trip, I'll probably have more feedback, especially if I encounter any troubles along the way. Cheers.

I want to bring to the attention of Arangrant management, a series of extremely positive experiences I've had during the course of booking my business class tickets through your company, thanks to one of your very efficient, friendly and bright personal travel consultants by the name of Anthony S. I have done business with your company ìn the recent past and have always been happy with the consistent, satisfactory level of service I've received and these past interactions are the reason why I chose Arangrant again for my travel needs. This time, however, I noticed a marked difference in the level of attention and care given to my personal, specific and unique needs by Anthony. He proactively reached out to me once I initiated my preliminary queries through your website and after understanding all my requirements, took complete charge of researching and getting me the best options for my overseas travels. It didn't matter what time of day or night I tried to reach him. He was always there for me and would respond within minutes. He also gave me his direct contact information so that I could contact him any time of the day. Not only did my initial plans were put together well by him, but, more importantly, when the airlines unexpectedly canceled my flight, he jumped in and gave me even better options with other carriers, which I was glad to accept. He also worked with your different internal departments and the original airlines to arrange for a full refund of my fare on the flight that was canceled. He did not want me to deal with all of these logistics on my own. Talk about going above and beyond one's expectations. I was already on board with your company for my travel needs based on my previous experiences but the interactions with Anthony has made sure that I will remain a committed and loyal customer. I normally do several leisure travels every year and going forward will be only dealing with your company and Anthony in particular.
