Very bad writing/content.

The course structure is good but the content is some of the worst written that I have ever come across in learning to code. The structure and thinking of the lessons and scenarios is truly abysmal. I've found that a lot of my time has been just trying to understand the simple thing that they are very badly explaining. I wouldn't reccomend doing their courses.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam – Kevin who is based in Mayo will tell you that your shoes are on the way and then he just won’t send them. I literally have no idea how he’s keeping this thing going because from the other reviews, the same thing happened to other people. You’ll have to do a charge back to get your money back. What a waste of time for everyone.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Placed an order for shoes.
When I politely inquired about delivery timing, the owner personally assured me he would "chase this order up and ensure you receive your boots.
What followed was a complete breakdown in service:

Shoes never arrived despite the specific promise
Multiple follow-up emails were completely ignored
No communication whatsoever after the initial promise
Had to purchase replacement shoes elsewhere.
Order was eventually cancelled but refund still not processed

The most frustrating part was the owner's complete radio silence after making a clear commitment. When a business owner personally promises delivery and then ignores you completely, that's not just poor customer service - it's dishonest business practice.
Save yourself the hassle and buy from a company that actually delivers what they promise and responds to their customers. Two weeks of chasing for a basic update on my order was ridiculous.

Avoid at all costs.

This is pretty much a scam website

This is pretty much a scam website. They allow you to do the IQ test and then tell you about the 0.50 charge for the result. After this, you are taken to a payment portal in French where you actually get signed up for a 39 euro subscription. Truly bad practice here.

** Update:
The reply below is simply to get the reporter to go through one of Trust Pilots processes where a full name, email and phone is requested and provided to the business. After this experience, there is no way I would provide this to this company. The company is one of the most blatant scam companies out there.

Misleading and incorrect information displayed on their dashboard

This company made an error with the way that they displayed information on the dashboard as it pertains to the government credit that is afforded all residents. On their online Dashboard, in personal accounts, there was a clear indication that accounts were in credit and the dashboard stated clearly that there was no bills to pay. Without providing the public any information on this, the government credit wasn’t to apply until a later date and electric Ireland didn’t know how to handle this in their system. This resulted in accounts being both in credit and in arrears at the same time. When addressing this with them, they provided no satisfactory response, and have left my and other peoples accounts in this uncertain state, while placing the extra fees on their customers, as a result of their own blunders. I will be leaving promptly from the service: as you can see by the previous reviews here both their customer service and their platform really have no idea about how to manage a modern company and handle customer interactions.

The reason they do not bother with any of this is because they feel that they are such an established company here that they don’t actually try to win customers over. They are going to find out at some stage that things are changing and they’re going to get out performed by a company doing their job properly.
