We love our tower
We love our tower! Most recently we’ve used it as a desk for drawing. Our little boy loves drawing tractors and diggers and can hop into the seat and work away with his creations. Delighted we bought it.

Customs charges
Customs charges - I was unaware and then the size was wrong but I couldn’t return as I would have to face more customs to get the size I want and the price of the jumper plus two customs charges just can’t be justified.

I'm so sorry that you've had the inconvenience of customs charges. Unfortunately, some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK over a certain value. If your Adanola order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and admin fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.
