One figure was broken and I tried reaching out but was ignored. It's been 2 months now

The laptop is very light which is a huge change from my previous one. its quite fast and the picture is sharp. loads of different options to change the settings based on how you want to use the laptop which i'm still figuring out and playing with. The battery life isnt too bad but can drain wile gaming, which is understandable. The games look quite good and run pretty smoothly
