The expertise, the genuineness is second to none from the professor and all his team

I first started my teeth journey back in Sept 24, after many months of research and chats with others. Dentarma came up many times and after speaking to the coordinators we arranged an initial FaceTime meeting with Professor Emri and his wife. There was no pressure, just great advise . Having started the journey, I was introduced to the co ordination team, particularly Sebnem, and Umit, very friendly and professional, throughout my time, and always on the end of the phone.

My case was not straightforward, as I had lots of issues with bone loss and soft tissue.

I am one year later and have just returned for my check up. There was an unrelated issue that I conversed with Professor Emri about and he sorted out without any question, and without any charge, purely down to good will. I left the clinic very happy and very grateful.

Baggage

I am trying to establish where on my booking, it gives information on my allowance. I can infact not see any, After ringing yourselves you tell me to ring British Airways, I book through you so I need not do anything. After getting through to BA they tell me I need to sort this with you as my agent???????

Regarding your query, you are presented with an add luggage section during the booking process should you choose to do so and this will be at an additional cost. However, all airlines do provide customers with a free luggage allowance but you will need to check on their website to see the exact amount in kg/dimension.

I can see from your booking on the airline's portal that you now have additional luggage allowance.
