Delicious chocolate, prompt delivery. Excellent all round.

Cancelled my contract with them as I didn't need the services any more. Was assured on two separate occasions that the contract would end on the 15th of this month. Received another invoice on the 18th, contract and associated services still show as active on their web site. Contacted support, was told to email cancellations. Emailed cancellations with full details, received a boilerplate "we're sorry you're thinking of leaving" response. Absolute shower.

EDIT 22/01/2024: They have now sent me another invoice for the three days it took them to cancel the contract they should already have cancelled. Incredible.
