Minimalist Designs was very polite and responsible to emend the problem regarding my first ring, which was damage in the process of arriving destiny. They made a new ring and sent it to me again, no extra charge. It shows their commitment to provide a good costumer service.

The ring arrived today, but I have a big problem, it was loose inside the box, it was not protected by the classical padded bed that jewelry boxes tend to have to hold rings, hence the ring is damaged, scratched all over the place. I attach images to this email.

I have bought from you in the past and the quality and presentation was excellent, superb even; unfortunately, this is not what happened this time, I would like your help in this matter, I didn't pay for a damaged/scratched ring. This is very disappointing, I would like a new ring. The people in Turkey not only sent the ring to a wrong address, but packed the ring badly. This is unacceptable.
