Wonderful swim school - I've been a swim teacher now for 11 years, and my first teaching gig was with Love To Swim. The owner Lesley was always friendly, supportive, diplomatic and fair. As a young teacher, I made some mistakes, but Lesley was always patient with me. As a swim school owner myself now, that's something that's stuck with me and I'm grateful for her tolerant professionalism. She also clearly cares about delivering a good service; she would take teachers for meals when we had meetings and talk through targets etc.
Thanks Lesley, I was lucky to have such a great first teaching Job and supportive boss ✌️

All the people I've dealt with from this company have been incredibly helpful, friendly & professional; they really do take the time to explain answer any questions for people with limited knowledge of SEO and have been very good at keeping me updated and providing feedback on how to further improve our website for higher ranking results - big shout out to Liam D for all of his hard work 🙌🏼
I have two websites being optimised by FirstFound and they're very reasonably priced. I've known SEO companies to charge a lot more for far less value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Zero help when I needed it. Just needed to change the booking into my wife's name so we use her card for a deposit after they didn't accept my amex. Wouldn't even help with that, so was forced to pay hundreds more for insurance...

As a car rental booking agent and broker, we do not operate the rental desks or handle payments at the counter, but we do provide all of the rental provider’s terms and conditions clearly during the booking process and again in your confirmation email and voucher. This includes important details such as accepted payment methods and the requirement for the card to be in the name of the main driver. Unfortunately, most rental providers do not accept American Express and require a physical credit card in the name of the driver for the security deposit.
We also clearly state in our terms that amendments to the booking within 48 hours of collection are not possible due to restrictions imposed by the rental companies themselves.
As you've not provided your booking reference or email address, we're unable to review your individual case or check any communication you may have had with our customer support team. We’d be more than happy to look into this further for you if you can provide those details.
We truly regret that your experience led to additional costs, and while some circumstances are outside of our control, we always aim to support our customers as much as possible within the limits of the rental provider’s policies.
Made it impossible to cancel at the end of my contract. Asked very unrelated and irrelevant questions (all multiple times). Wasting time and deliberate behaving in an incompetent way, highly annoying

I've just had a very reassuring and informative chat with Chris. He attentively listened to my situation and clearly laid out several options that I hadn't considered. I went into the call anxious and pessimistic about my the position my business was in and came away from the call feeling much more optimistic and an action plan. Of course we're all looking for good guidance and and support, and I really believe Director First offers this.
