Overpriced nightmare

Photos are okay, the photographers don't generally do a good job at getting a genuinely nice photo.
The best cheapest package consists of three photos at £40 (yes £40 for cheap to produce photos).
You can't get a usb option separately and is only an add on at an extra over priced cost.
Graduates pay for graduations (which are expensive enough as it is), but the package prices are out of control. The most expensive package for some photos (which are cheap to print) are nearly £100!!!! (Currently set at £93 specifically).

I have bought multiple rounds of…

I have bought multiple rounds of whitening strips from White smiles. I haven't seen any difference in the whiteness of my teeth (which are fairly yellow). The products are not great quality.
I also accidentally paid for express delivery. Being £3.99, and I didn't see the option when checking out to change as easily as other websites. I wanted to go for the economy option.
Having noticed my error, I emailed as soon as the order was confirmed to have been placed. But I did not hear from customer service until after the items had been shipped.
Poor and blunt customer service and they are also slow to reply.

My parcel was listed as delivered…

My parcel was listed as delivered however when I went to collect the item there was nothing in the InPost locker.
I contacted the customer care team who said immediately that they cannot investigate and they are not at fault.
Don't use InPost because they will lose your parcel and ignore you when you try to find out what happened to it
