Royal Mail(AKA Snail Mail)
in excess of 12 days to deliver a small packet from London to South Warwickshire(94.6 Miles.35 Hours if I walked!!)
RM have the audacity to charge top price for postage yet only give 3rd rate(at best) service,The postal prices keep rising yet the service keeps falling.
It can only be hoped that RM loose the charter for postal services & a company who will ACTUALLY provide the service that customers are paying for get the charter!!!
I dont blame the postal delivery man/woman,they can only do what RM say & RM are failing everybody.
Come on RM do something totally alien to you & pull your finger out & do what you are over charging for.....a postal service that is of worth not WORTHLESS!!!!

Acer support are NO help with new ACTAB…

Acer support are NO help with new ACTAB 1125 tablet
I purchased this tablet from Curry's on 20/03/2025 & now see a message that appeared on 25/06/2025 "This device hasn't had a system updated in more than 20 months" the tablet will not update & you cannot get through to support. I have gone through all options & avenues & found that Google is not the cause of this problem so that just leaves Acer. My device SN number and/or serial number are not recognised(DESPITE my tablet being a genuine Acer product)I am buying a new laptop later this year & will never buy any Acer product again!

The dashcam in itself could be better. No reliable customer service

The dashcam in itself could be better & don't bother with the warranty registration or replying to Orskey (Vivian or Kiky) emails offering you a free warranty upgrade, a complimentary Micro SD card or even a complimentary extension cable, you wont get them(According to other reviews) & my own being emailed by "Vivian & Kiky" offering these. Again, according to other reviews, this seems to be a ploy to boost ratings. Going by the other reviews & my own experience customer service is non existent so don't expect any reliable response.
If for any reason the rear view dashcam or it's cable breaks it is impossible to find a replacement, it has a strange combination of a 5 pin connection on one end and a small HDMI connection that plugs into the front camera on the other end, you would have better chance finding a snowman on the sun than this type of cable.
If you don't care if the rear view cable or camera breaks & will just use the front camera then this dashcam is ok. Don't get me wrong, the dashcam is not bad, but could be better, I am already going to return my Orskey S800 dashcam & replacing the front & rear with a better dashcam, one that has that has spares easily available if needed

I had never heard of Helpinone(AKA All…

I had never heard of Helpinone(AKA All Content also AKA All Forge Media Ltd)
I was shocked to see that I had been "subscribed" to their "service" with a monthly charge of £29.99 and a pending charge of £29.99.This was done WITHOUT my knowledge and/or consent.
I immediately contacted my credit card provider who are refusing this "companies" payment requests and have refunded me the already taken £29.99,my credit card company are claiming the money back from this "company"
I have contacted the Information Commissioner's Office and commenced a formal complaint against this "company" for breach of the GDPR.
This "company" don't appear to be a business regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority(Source; Financial Ombudsman Service)
I have lodged formal complaints with Action Fraud & the ICO

Downloading UBISOFT Connect directly…

Downloading UBISOFT Connect directly from the UBISOFT website & all I see is ""The version of windows is not supported by this application. Press OK to download a supported version of this application"

So I pressed OK, only to see "A newer version is already installed"
UBISOFT seem to think it is OK to keep sending a "Close case" or "Need further Assistance" email but do NOTHING to help. they are nothing short of useless!!!! If they cannot or will not do their job then fire all of them & employ people who WILL do their job!!

My complaint isnt directly at Ikea but…

My complaint isnt directly at Ikea but their Finance company and HelpinOne.net.
I applied for & recieved finance to buy furniture from Ikea.When I was accepted for finance with Ikano.net,without my knowledge and/or consent I was signed up for a subscription service at a monthly cost of £29.95.Let me make this VERY clear I did NOT have any knowledge that I would be signed up for this service nor did I want it.Helpinone.net attempted to take the £29.95 from my credit card. I contacted my CC company and informed them of the above,they are going to refuse any and all payment requests from helpinone.net although I may still loose the £29.95.Ikea and Ikano.net REALLY need to look into this and stop this happening to anybody else.I was fortunate in that I spotted this pretty quickly,but other's,maybe the elderly or not finance aware people would not notice the payments going out of their account and will loose a lot of money for a service which they,like me,knew nothing about nor consented to subscribing to.
I would REALLY like Ikea to contact me regarding this if they provide me with either a phone number( their number on their website keeps hanging up)or an email address.Ikea you have no idea how angry this has made both myself & my wife & how distrustful of Ikea & their finance company this has made us.

What a LIAR your driver is!

What a LIAR your driver is!! He did NOT attempt to deliver my phone all he did was sit in his van & take a photo of the road!!!!
And yes. I know it's a waste of time speaking with DPD because they just DO NOT CARE!!!.
You can not even speak with anybody at DPD because there is no option to speak with them,with service like theirs it's no wonder they dont want contact from people that their drivers "CLAIM" to make a delivery to!!!!!
