Terrible customer service.

Shipping is a bewildering process. Had to initiate a charge back for product delivered to a wrong address. They claim there is nothing they can do, not their problem was the response.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To clarify, you reached out to us with a correction to your shipping address shortly after placing your order, and we truly appreciate your prompt communication. Unfortunately, your message was received outside of our business hours (on a weekend), and by the time we accessed it, the order had already been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier making it impossible for us to make changes at that point.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, and while that’s generally a benefit to our customers, in this case, it limited our ability to intervene in time. That said, we reached out to you multiple times to offer support, provided the tracking information, and recommended contacting the carrier directly to attempt a reroute or hold.

We also made it clear in follow-up emails that we didn’t ignore your request it was simply a matter of unfortunate timing and fulfillment system constraints.

We're committed to customer satisfaction, and we would have gladly worked further with you or the carrier to resolve the issue had we received a response after our last message.

If you're still open to a resolution, we’d love the opportunity to assist. Please don’t hesitate to reach back out.
