We had to have the car moved to another location for pick up. The Kars for Kids representative was extremely helpful with assigning another tow company in our area and setting up another appointment for the car to be picked up.

The blanket was very soft, large enough for my granddaughter, the photo provided came out very well on the blanket. Overall very happy with the finished product
