I ordered 4 pair of trousers the Lauro…

I ordered 4 pair of trousers the Lauro range on the 23 Dec and recieved them on the 4Dec, but unfortunately they didnt fit and where too small, so I needed to send them back for a refund.
There is no way of doing so, I tried all the various options, even emailing them, but the answer was to refraim contacting them, as they where very busy because of Black Friday.
They're answer was to refraim chasing up the "refund"and that any emails, would of been put at the bottom of theyre inbox, and to be patient.

I have yet not recieved any instructions, even tough they advertise 14 day for returns from the day of delivery, and no clear guidance on how to do so.
The customer service is practically zero, I still have the trousers waiting to be sent back with me, and no contact from Icon Amsterdam yet.
I am very disappointed from the poor customer service, and por return system, which seems to not exist, and there is no address on which to send back the items, very very frustrating and confusing.

Refraim buying from this website, there is no care no customer service at all.

To add, I today 10Dec2024, after ICON AMSTERDAM with customer service Steven answered, I wen to Royal Mail, the same service for the income package, and they quoted me a £68.00 GBP fee to send the package back, practicaly nearly the same price of the 4 pair of trousers bought on the 23Dec!
Again, please refraim to buy from this website!!

They have only answered because of Thrust Pilot making it public, and not only, after the long winding process of printing all the return papers, you will get slapped with a currier return price that is nearly more of what the goods where initially, and you the customer have to pay!!!!

I ordered some products

I ordered some products, such as panettone and pandoro from Marco alimentari, and 3 items where missing.
Part of the order arrived the 13th Dec, on which the 3 items ordered and paid for where not delivered.
I got in touch with theyre customer service phone number, and they told me because they didn't recieve delivery, my order was going to be re-delivered by the 23rd Dec.
Nothing arrived , and just today, the 27th Dec I recieved a notification saying they are delivering today between 1400- 1500.
The 3 missing items where presents for X'mas.
They have not even apologised or got in touch with me at all, explaining by offering a refund or a discount.
