Yeah this is beginning to be ridiculous. My redemption was put in on may 26th and I still haven’t seen it. I never messaged them or bothered them about it because I knew they were having delays. This though is just bad. Every day I see a deal for however much but it makes me think. They are taking money very easily but not paying out. My redemption isn’t even for that much but I have a feeling I’ll be waiting for a long time if I even ever get it. I’ve been nothing but patient and even said how good this site is. But if you can’t payout the players who buy packages and support your site then it puts you in a category with the worst casinos. I hope they don’t pull a dingdingding. Has anyone received their winnings in the past 2 months. I’ve seen the deals and wanted to purchase them but what’s the point? If you win you don’t win really. I’d stay away until they get this fixed because there is nothing worse than winning and not being able to get your money. I’m surprised people are still making purchases after seeing that they are not paying redemptions. Like i said if this site was like it normally is I’d leave a 4 or 5 star. But now it’s a 2 if that.

The site lags so badly and it seems like if you win (which is very very very rare, im talking win like 4 or 5 dollars) then the game on the next spin kicks you out. Then i see all these reviews of people getting banned and i know sometimes some people do things and should be banned but when there is a common trend like that or just completely dead spins all these reviews time then id stay away. I thought those deals were too good to be true. Not a good experience on any of my purchases. Not only the not winning which happens but just the lag and the kicking you out of the game. If a deal is too good to be true. It is.

I can see why this site has a terrible rating. They are so ignorant and just oblivious to my emails that I keep sending them. They write back never fixing or trying to fix the problem of me signing up. I have written multiple times and each response doesn’t have any way of fixing the problem I am having. I live in Virginia but have a problem with my cellular data through my phone carrier. Now that I fixed this and have explained I can’t use the verification email sent months ago they just say the same thing. Follow the email and continue with verification. I CANT USE THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT!!!! Still no reply to fix it. Just ignore the problem. I’m glad they haven’t fixed it because by the looks of reviews on here and other places they are garbage as most say. Thank you from saving me from a horrible experience.

Well as you can see in the reviews, make sure to put most recent, that the real reviews are the ones where everyone has a one star by them because the money factory isn’t paying. I just went through this with a couple of sites that must be going down hill and this one seems like it’s on that list of sites that are taking way longer than their terms and conditions. I gave a 2 star because I put in a redemption in the 26th via Skrill. Thinking that it was going to be quicker. If I remember correctly last time took longer than it should have. I mean if this site pays in a reasonable amount of time then I will change the rating but by the looks of it I won’t be seeing my money for a while. If at all. Which I think they will. I don’t play on sites that take over a week to redeem and neither should anyone else since they take your money right away when you deposit. there are plenty of sites that you can play without all of this waiting weeks or more. Look up the reviews before you play and you’ll see if the site is having issues. I didn’t look before playing here and now will be waiting. Stop depositing on them until they get it right. Or shut down. So I will change my review rating because I like this site but waiting 3 weeks or more is unacceptable.

Another dismal, disappointing deposit. I mean like a lot of these people on here say. Just no wins no hope of wins and no chance of wins. I got a bonus only .40 cent mind on one of the jini games. (The only bonus) the free spin bonus and re triggered the free spins twice. So 30 spins. Won 3.00. That is how it’s been if you can hit a bonus. Just like their sister site. Again the worst casino by far. Just so badly rigged it’s unbelievable. I’ve won at least once on the 60 some sweepstakes sites. I’ve never even came close here. I just can’t believe this place. I’ve never seen anything like it. Three bonuses back to back on a very high volatility game and got 1.60, .75 cents and 4.30. Garbage. Trash. Well of course now this site is garbage. I can’t believe they are trying to say that they can’t do sweepstakes because of new laws in the US. Really. You’re the only site that has had to do this. So no other sweepstakes sites have to do this. Just you guys. That sounds fishy to me. I have a small redemption that I am waiting on and they keep saying there are so many they have to do and they will go by the terms and conditions on their site. What I think happened is they are going under and used the excuse of having to stop allowing sweepstakes play. Come on. Or have too many redemptions and can’t keep up. I don’t know but like I said how are they the only site out of what 70 sweepstakes casinos that have to abide by some new laws that are nowhere if you google it. I liked this casino other than the redemption times but if I actually get my money then they deserve a little better rating. I know some states can’t play sweepstakes casinos by mine isn’t one of them. So I would love to find out why they did this. I mean who is going to play somewhere where you can’t actually win money?

This place is a hidden gem. You can actually win and big too. I played a few times so far and have won a good amount. Other than that though everything else is great. The cash out times were very quick. The first time I won. I won over 1,000 and when I went to cash out they sent that email we all dread for your documents. I can’t remember if it was my bank info or just verification stuff. So I thought here we go. I won’t see that for a while. I was wrong they verified me like a few hours later and then they sent the money. The second cash out was the very next day since my verification was done. These newer casinos, well some of them are much better than the big tight casinos you play. The customer service was quick and helpful. I love this site.

This is the worst casino out there. I wish I could say what I wanted to about them but it would be taken down. You cheating sorry casino. Look at all these reviews and what they have in common. You can’t win. Even the good reviews mention that. The wins I would say are few and far between but is none with nothing in between. I don’t know what these people giving bad reviews are talking about. Especially with the rtp. I’ve played a handful of times and cashed out on more than half of my deposits. After waiting for my daily free spin thing to build up I then buy a package to go with it and play. The worst site ever. You will not win. It’s been like 6 months since even winning enough to keep playing longer than 3 minutes let alone cash out. They have turned the switch off and these sorry review site people keep taking the bad review down even though I show proof of my experience. I video it and they still take it down. I’ll start by saying I’d rate them 4.5 out of five but round up I guess. This site is legit. I play everywhere else and when I say every where I mean over 60 sweepstakes sites. Crown is in the top 3. I’ve my small wins and pretty decent ones. They give back and their slots definitely have the FairPlay aspect. A lot of them claim to but do not. I’m hoping to hit a jackpot soon and I will definitely keep playing at crown to try. I definitely think some people legitimately hit jackpots there.

Sorry scum of the earth is what Trustpilot are. I’ve done the better business bureau because now you are just taking all reviews off that I wrote because you cant determine if my review was real. Well even though I sent them all the correct documentation to prove that I did. Don’t trust these reviews from Trustpilot. They are manipulated and very biased. They are liars and if you look there are thousands of people who have had this same thing happen to. If you write a good review that gets taken down it’s because the good reviews are in direct competition with the company that pays them. If you get a bad review taken off that means your review was about a ju that pays them and they can’t have that. These revùiews are a lot of the times fake and in written by fake accounts. Trustpilot is the one who n takes my reviews down because im speaking out about their crookedness. Just google reviews taken down by Trustpilot for no reas on and you will see. DO NOT go off of these reviewùs. They are all manipulated. Trustpilot will say this is a fake review even though they email me, the person who wrote it and tell me they are taking it down because their software detected a fake review. I have had more than half of my reviews taken down even though I’ve had proof showing I used the companies services. I have an email from one of Trustpilots shady workers that say eve n though you have sent all necessary documentation we are still keeping it off. This company is a bunch of immoral small minded petty human beings. Get your reviews elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that have good honest reviews. NOT NOTRUSTPILOT there is no trust with them.

I just went through so much bs with these people. The deposited with a no deposit bonus. They gave me free spins with it and let me win 100 because who wins that much on 40 small spins. You never do. So before the spins it was 154. Then when they made spin it went to 260 or around that. The playthrough on everything was then over well over 3,000. I don’t do playthrough and told them that they were wrong by putting the playthrough on the whole amount. I went back and forth with their horrible customer service.
