Fact for now
I wouldn’t disagree with those one-star comments as I just moved in and I’ve experienced nearly 90% of it already. But this five-star is for Mina and the new maintenance team who did make things right for me very quickly— I can see that they are trying to change the situation. When people trying to make up for things we should definitely acknowledge that, as I do have hope in changing for the better; and I believe that ignoring residents needs & bad customer service will end up in something cos what goes around comes around.( sry for being so direct as I think being honest is good for both sides :))
