The lady I think her name was Virginia was really helpful and
polite. She transferred the balance from my old a/c to my new account. Then she apologized for the fact that the Smart Meter engineers had not turned up as booked on 12 Dec. She then made a new appointment for them to come. Really excellent service from her and Octopus
