Closed my account for unstated reason
Accredo closed my account without reason or explanation. I have been calling them once per week for three weeks. Each time they put in a new escalation to reopen it. Today, the rep said she sees the previous two escalations with no action. I have no open balance, and insurance issued a new approval. I have copay assistance for $0 cost. Now, after three weeks of calling, my dose will be late. Whether I will ever get it is unclear. I would love to be in a class action.
