Use regularly as easy to order on line, appreciate the free delivery on a relatively low minimum spend & despatch quick, good rewards scheme, large range of products with regular discounts. Don't sign up for regular emails as that would be too annoying. Also use for prescription ordering as can set regular reminders but noticed that if ordering late in week my GP won't have time to authorise before request expires. The insistent request for reviews on products bought is annoying, once is enough.

been using company for a few years to buy in bulk eco friendly laundry & household cleaning products, toilet rolls & personal washing products. Often have discounts & money off offers which makes it even more cost effective as well as a wide range of brands to choose from. Delivery times can vary sometimes a few days other times more than a week. Always well packaged in reusable/ recyclable/ compostable packaging. Have to spend over £70 to get free postage which is quite steep but occasionally do a better offer on postage. Reward scheme is poor as points only available for a short time before expired so never get a chance to use them on next purchase. Overall very happy with experience shopping with them.

Used company a couple of times & bought effective good quality products for dealing with arthritic feet problems. There was a problem with the latest delivery, which was my mistake & happy that customer services responded quickly & resent items.

been buying all my audio equipment since mid 90's from Richer Sounds, I've never been disappointed. Can rely on the staff having great knowledge about all they sell. Recently bought a new CD player from the Bromley Store after a very informative and pleasant chat with Matt over the phone. The ethics of the company are fantastic and glad they still going strong.

of all the companies that I receive parcels from I would rate Yodel highly as the drivers ring the bell & wait for me to get to the door to personally hand the parcel to me. If I'm not in they always follow instructions as to where to leave parcel.

I like using John Lewis as they often have good discounts, delivery is quick & returns free. Only complaint is that so many of their products are out of stock

Buy products for myself & my mum as their wild rose range are our favourite facial products & their hand creams are essential for my gardeners hands

update on leaving 1 star review below .... Jan from Bosch contacted me & was promptly sent a replacement 18v product as 12v battery have been fazed out, I'm very happy with this & if they had done this originally or at any point before I left bad review would have given them 5 stars for service but they didn't .....original review.... bought a Bosch 12v battery hedge trimmer unfortunately after a few months the battery stopped working. As under warranty I returned the battery & hoped for a quick repair/replacement & was advised not in stock but expect back in stock in 3-5 days, It's now 5 months later & a replacement has still not been sent, when I last queried the delay 2 months ago I was advised battery still not in stock & they can't say when it will be. The batteries are for sale elsewhere so I don't understand why Bosch can't replace their own batteries. Very disappointed and annoyed at such poor warranty guarantee service
