One item I bought was not as described…
One item I bought was not as described measurements were incorrect meaning it didn’t fit , purchased on line would have cost too much to return , bad experience not happy. Re comment from John Lewis about returning item , as this is a heavy item I paid for delivery if I wanted to return it without a charge I would need to take it to a John Lewis or Waitrose store none near me so to return is totally impractical , it just should have been correctly measured and described accurately.

I can see from order details, you placed order on 10 Nov, you still have until Tuesday 23 January 2024 to return the unwanted product. Your order confirmation states all methods of returns on the reverse, so this will allow you to return the product free of charge. ^Gina
