Tanzania

Chris and the team organised a perfect trip to Tanzania for our family. Chris considered all our requests and was always on hand to provide expert advice if necessary. Our safari was planned to perfection leading to a totally stress-free experience. With multiple hotels, trips and transfers planned, every detail was organised in advance - all we had to was be in the right place at the right time! Our guides and lodges in Tanzania were outstanding. We would highly recommend Tribes and look forward to using them again in the future.

Very difficult to contact service…

Very difficult to contact service engineer (phoned him over 4 times) and we have still not had our insinkerator repaired/replace which broke over 2 weeks ago now. Service engineer has ordered a replacement.
Very disappointing service.

We're very sorry to hear your service experience has not been smooth and we've spoken with the service provider to understand what has gone wrong. Unfortunately, the replacement product has been out of stock and I've been told that you were informed when the replacement was ordered. Subsequently, our service provider has updated you this morning to advise of the timings following your review. We apologise for the inconvenience that the inventory shortage and the delay have caused you and your family, however, please rest assured we will get your in home warranty service visit scheduled as soon as the replacement product is available. If you would like to discuss an alternative replacement model, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have also spoken with our service provider with regards to your difficulties in getting in touch. They have checked their call logs however couldn't find any unanswered calls from your number. If you have any issues in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service on 0800 389 3715 (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00).
