What I particularly liked was that I could upload the photo of my prescription as well as typing in my lense details if there was an error. First time I’ve had varifocals so will take some getting used to but they did explain before I ordered.
Can’t fault the quality of these. The feel and fitting are spot on. Sizing is perfect. My only gripe was the length of time it took to arrive but I think that was due to courier. Definitely recommend RR and probably will purchase from again.

Needed tyres for my BMW 118d. Looked on their website and they listed their recommendations using the filters because I needed ‘Run Flat’ tyres. Ordered, paid and booked for fitting. Arrived on the day and sat in waiting room, minutes later the guy appeared and said ‘You know you’ve bought regular tyres? You need Run Flat tyres’. I replied that I did order ‘RF’ on their recommendation. So after a minute of awkward silence, I asked ‘ Well what happens now then?’ and he replies ‘Don’t know’. Not the response I wanted to hear. I was expecting something like ‘ I can order them today and maybe they’ll arrive tomorrow or next day’ but he wasn’t interested so I asked for full refund. Not even an apology for their cock up. Now if I had a car that carried a spare wheel then it wouldn’t have bothered me as much but these were premium RF tyres so they weren’t cheap but they didn’t seem to care or even bothered about it. So a word of warning to those considering on visiting.. ‘Beach Rd. Bangor,North Wales, LL571BU’
Thanks for the quick response but this issue has been resolved. I found tyres available at Kwik-Fit and had them fitted this morning (5/12/23).
