DO NOT USE!!! Cancelled flight and charged me an admin fee!!!
They cancelled my connecting flight and rescheduled it for a flight that leaves 5 hours before I arrive which is obviously impossible. They said there are no other alternatives to offer me and said they can cancel and give a refund. I accepted and then they tried to charge me an admin fee for cancellation. When I refused to pay it they simply talked over me and eventually hung up on me.
