Everything worked smoothly. Site staff were pleasant, polite and informative. Very pleased with quality of installation. Neighbours remarked on how much an improvement it was. Have arranged for some additional work to be done next month.

Need online experience but found it reasonably easy to open an account. Much easier than some others which require documents posting and subsequent insurance / risk of theft.
