Total cost vs. value is below expectations. Hotel room wasn’t in the advertised castle but in an old ugly building located 150m from the castle.

We understand that this is annoying! We have an offer on our website for a castle room or a normal room. Only the castle rooms are located in the castle. The other room is located in the annex building. This information can be found on our website.
