A great location with all the comforts of home. The houseboat was clean and well equipped, with the bonus of a stunning river view. The furnishings were good quality, the shower and toilet facilities excellent, and the wi-fi connection good. It was a short walk into Woodbridge and its pubs, cafes and shops. All in all a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Quick and efficient service as advertised
However, on of the glass dip pens (not cheap) had a crack around the circumference of the glass handle which should have been noticed before being sent! This is a hazard of having items sent via mail instead of buying from a shop, where you can inspect items before purchase. It is still useable, although badly flawed. It would cost more money to return it which is wasteful. I do not think this happened in transit.

On reading my review, Cult Pens have sent me a replacement for the damaged dip pen and I would like to record my thanks for their kind gesture of goodwill.

Review of Angling Active
Having not been able to find what I wanted on-line with my usual suppliers, a search on the internet took me to the Angling Active on-line catalogue, which was easy for me to navigate to the products I required and I was able to pay for my purchases easily and safely with no fuss. I received the package within three days and was pleased and satisfied with the efficient service provided.
