I have been a customer with studio for about 10-15 years and I have never experienced the service I received today. I placed an order with them on the 30th October for a 3 - 2 seater sofa. My confirmation said I would receive my order within 3-7 days. We made sure our old sofa was collected in time for our new delivery. I contacted customer service yesterday to chase my delivery and they said that my order was stuck in their new system as they are switching over and we should hear in a couple of days. Today I received an email telling me my order had been cancelled 😡 and they would refund me the money. Knowing full well last night I told them we didn’t have a sofa. I would not recommend this company for order a sofa or if you do don’t get rid of your old one until you have a delivery date.
