Review of HP Store
If I could I would give it zero stars.
I ordered a pc on 4th September last week and the order summary said ‘next day delivery’.
Foolishly, I imagined that it would be delivered the next day, as per eg Amazon.
But no, it appears it means ‘next day after we have got round to processing your order’
My order was placed 5 days ago, and apart from an email confirming the order I have heard nothing. The ‘track my order’ just says ‘processing’ so I asked for an update on 6th Sept which was ‘due within 48hrs’ but 96 hrs have passed and still nothing. The HP store chat bot is woefully over-subscribed (you are 25th in a queue). The HP store customer service number (+44 (0) 20 7660 3859) says ‘due to unforeseen circumstances we are not taking calls’. In other words no way of checking order status.
Altogether one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered? HP: WHAT is going on??
Review of Battery Group
Very poor customer service. No telephone support at all and emails to customer service go unanswered, at least as in my case if relates to a warranty claim.
The response below states that the telephone support is now back up and running. I have just spent 40 mins on hold and have given up.
Also Battery Group response below states that I was emailed to say that my warranty form was incomplete. I have not received such an email but have sent two follow up emails over the past week and had no reply.
