I ordered a ring as a gift, and then ordered a “ love” heart necklace with pearly beads. The first one arrived with a slight chip on a bead. I emailed and immediately received a reply and within two days a replacement. The after service was second to none, and I really appreciated this because it was important to me to give this as a gift.
