I am a landlord and they don’t transfer rent on time paid by the tenant. They are providing false information and keeping money on their accounts to collect additional interest from your money. I still haven’t got paid money for renewals, which claimed to be paid to Foxtons one month ago. Renewal manager telling different stories all the time and simply ignoring me. This is the most expensive agent in UK and worth i ever seen.

Terrible service, ovoid! Time wasters and rude.
I asked them to replace the mirror full size of the door. They requested a lot of pictures, emails for quotations, never replied to anything. Then told me they didn’t have time for quotation and they wouldn’t do the job because it’s too risky, without even looking at the full videos I have sent. Talked to me i respectfully and unapologetically and then started telling I was rude. Really unprofessional behaviour! Ovoid if you don’t want to west your time

Ovoid at any cost! I ordered white dress, £400. As soon as I put it on zip got broken. I issued refund the same day and posted it. Now for over 2 weeks CETTIRE refused to give me refund for faulty dress, claiming there was stain and tag detached. I didn’t have a chance to were the dress even once, that is absolute absurd! I will take them to Court if i don’t get my money back and advise everyone not to order from this company.

I am a partner who is renting property with booking.com. God helps you if you have a problem. Worst ever customer service! My property is badly damaged and I haven’t received any help or communication. Ovoid and use Airbnb!

Overcharging, just taking money from your opened direct debit. Very rude and unhelpful customer service! Didn’t let me talk after I complained. Refused to investigate complaint and closed it straight away. Sharing your data with third party sales who mislead you, then denying it’s happened. I will complain to ombudsman about this company.

Very reliable and professional company. Specialist Labi was cleaning gutters in our apartment block. They job was done to a great standard, he reached all difficult for access arias and corrected fitting for some gutters. I definitely will recommend this company
