Third time lucky.. I decided to try once more here (after all their prices are generally pretty good)

I dealt with Jake, who quoted me very promptly and I even got a call (I think from Maddy?) just to confirm I knew that there was a bit of a lead time on the items requested, which I was already aware of.

A far better experience than previously and doing a follow up to ensure I knew about the delivery was a nice touch as it shows how important customer service is. (Something that I didn't feel seemed that important when dealing with them previously)

I'll continue to come back here as the prices are good and my experience was much much better than previous, well done Jake and Maddy in particular.

Tried again here for a second time after poor product information first time round.

Placed a small order for some EPDM seals for one of their hygienic valves which we were informed of were in stock. 2 weeks later, still no order received.
Chased up once and was informed stock was there and following day still no order.

Chased again today and then informed that the stock levels are incorrect and seals are now not due until October!! Why wouldn't someone advise straight away that there was a system error and the stock was incorrect rather than leave an order sitting on the system for 2 weeks and then me having to chase the order again before advising of no stock!

Very poor communication. Did offer an alternative but customer won't accept.

Have now cancelled the order!

Sometimes the staff aren't aware of what they list on their own website!

I've asked for an item before, only to be told it's not something they do even though it's on their website!
