Nothing other than 5*

How can I award anything other than 5* when communication, payment of prizes and the draws are so open and efficient? I have had many small wins and two significant ones……. Can’t fault Drift. Give them a go! Transparent in everything they do!

One of the best companies I have dealt with in a while.

Simple transactions. Clear pricing structure. A very good company to communicate with - updates are sent regularly. Prompt payment/delivery of prizes. One of the best companies I have dealt with in a while.

GM9 ‘Garcia’ took my call and requoted…

GM9 ‘Garcia’ took my call and requoted for me. Prompt service, happy with the level of customer service I received today. The biggest problem……. being on hold for 28 minutes before I got the chance to speak to anyone. Once I did get to speak to someone, she was great. Just don’t call ‘em if you are on your lunch break - you’d be wasting your time. That is no reflection on the level of service I received from GM9 tho. Top drawer customer service.
