This company is a fraud,
They offer very competitive prices to get the job, but once the down payment is made, contact becomes very difficult, and when you do get through to them, it's only excuses and promise.

I've spent €5000 as down payment for sliding doors, can't get my money back, product not delivered.
It's 4 months past the agreement installation deadline.
Money is lost.
I have to make a police report on these thieves..

Stay away from this company, I don't even trust all the 5 star reviews they have, it's all a fraud.

This trading platform is a rip-off, they stole my money from the platform, and now I have no more access to the platform, and no one is returning my calls,
My account manager just vanished, her WhatsApp is not even receiving my messages.
They pressure you to add more and more Funds to your account and then they steal it.
I totally advise against it.

I bought a laptop from this company, and it was advertised to come with Microsoft office.
Which was one of the main reasons for making the purchase.
But the laptop didn't have Microsoft on it,
And I've been chasing them for week's to have it installed.
After they got a positive review from me, I'm unable to get any contact or response from them.
My advice is to make sure you're getting what you pay for before paying...
I'm very disappointed
This guy is not to be trusted.

I regret spending my money here, their products are coming from china, and returns are almost impossible.
Paying to return an in item could cost you more than the item itself.
I don't recommend using them, the quality is poor, sizes are not as advertised, and returning is not an option.

Still no one contacted me to assist with the issues regarding this order.

I believe this is all automated no real assistance expected.
Money is lost, product is useless.

I ordered kozijnen from Ecolux kozijnen in May 2023, I was told the kozijnen would be installed in 8-10 weeks.
I've made a €5000 downpayment, and since the payment was made, I have to continuously call for an update. 5 months later and still no kozijnen, and no one is returning my calls.
Winter is on our doorsteps and I feel like I've just been scammed.
I'm afraid I would have to take legal actions to get this matter resolved.
Very disappointed.
Ecolux kozijnen has a lot of work to do to improve their service.

PS, they didn't return my calls, but my wife got through to them today using a different number.
I highly recommend using another company than this one.
They are misleading, untrustworthy and a business scam.
