I booked via Wowcher at Staindrop Lodge…
I booked via Wowcher at Staindrop Lodge Hotel at Chapeltown, on arrival after booking in I asked if we could have the Prosecco with breakfast and not now we were told no period. When asking for WOWCHER’s help they were blunt and not interested saying we didn’t advertise Prosecco with breakfast, my reply was “I never said you did, I simply asked if we could. Now Wowcher are ignoring me and it seems that no satisfaction from Wowcher. In my opinion don’t use Wowcher and if you do please don’t expect what they say you are getting on the deal.
