My daughter waited with a disabled school child for over an hour in central London waiting for a reserved car to pick up.
She rang and messaged several times, and had the phone put down on her.
With the responsibility of a tired and distressed child, and a phone almost out of power, she had to book an alternative taxi company.
TWO hours later the car turned up.
Absolutely disgraceful.

This was the best deal on the day for the model of TV I'd wanted; Even better was an extra 10% off!
I looked at the reviews for the company to help me check for trustworthiness.
Buying was easy and the TV arrived safely within a few days.
Finally, we can watch programmes with a better picture than last week!

Overall this has been a good addition for sending out a parcel. It has been an easy process with clear instructions online and at the drop-off.
It saves me from the long queues and rude staff at our local PO(!) and the local drop-off is in an easy place to stop.
Bad point: A couple of times the boxes were all full so had to return on another day to post.

Compared to some other sites posting items for sale is easy and the pricing clear.

A great alternative to queuing in the Post office. Fast and easy to do and, for me a fairly local drop off.

The Miele vacuum I ordered was considerably cheaper than the other sellers.
It took longer to arrive than I'd hoped, but the communication was good so I knew not to worry.
It arrived safely and now I've got no excuse but to vacuum the house!
