I will be honest, started last January (2024) with ok sterol, bio detox and liver cleanser, few months later notice a lot difference, no more bloated, more energetic, my cardiovascular system has bad 17.3 instead 8.8, my cholesterol was bad and liver, 6 months later almost back to normal very happy with my results I forgot mention I’m 60 years old, last 2 months been taking for prostate sunce my 40 been waiking 3 4 times at night for a pee, and noticed after taking not even once so HAPPY
